Bounce back with the back up

Following a majorly disappointing week the Dallas Cowboys lost their starting quarterback in Dak Prescott. They're only back up option was Cooper Rush, Rush is familiar in stepping into this role as last season he did the same thing for one game. However this year is a little different, since he will have to play a couple more games in a row instead of just one and done. Going up against the Cincinnati Bengals a previous Super Bowl visitor last year the Cowboys were projected to lose by 9 points. Ultimately Cooper Rush had a decent game, but what lead us to the victory was our defense. Early defensive player of the year candidate Micah Parsons is now averaging two sacks over the last 2 games leading the league in sacks with 4, and now has 17 sacks over 18 career games. He is whats carrying the Cowboys right now and without him the Cowboys would sink and burn. With all that said, the Cowboys got a win, and a win is a win. Surprisingly the Cowboys offense looked much more comfortable passing and even blocking on offense compared to the first week. This season might be another up and down one for the Cowboys, but up next we have a divisional rival in the New York Giants. The Cowboys having one win and one loss are going into New York facing the two win Giants. Again without Dak Prescott, and possibly a few other key names on their offense, the Cowboys look to continue to roll forward and get a victory Monday night. With many names up in question are the Cowboys ready to move on from the Dak and Zeke pair, that once lead them to the first seed? I think he Ezekiel Elliott will be out of the starting job in just a few weeks, after seeing Tony Pollard look very explosive and comfortable in the back field where Zeke once was, time will tell with this team, but I believe if we can win another two games without Dak Prescott, we should be very confident in where we are.
